3.220

就初段中，初說無罪，「若有比丘犯如是」下明無罪報。初先設難，「若犯此等墮地獄者，諸外道等無戒可犯，齊應生天。」「何以」下釋，「是故」下結。

Within the first section, first it says there is no offense, and from "If there is a monk who commits such" and below clarifies that there is no retribution for offenses. First, it poses an objection: "If those who commit these fall into hell, then various non-Buddhists and others have no precepts to violate, so they all equally should be born in heaven." "Why?" and below explains it; "For this reason" and below concludes it.
