第四段中舉佛昔說突吉羅罪，如忉利天八百萬歲墮於地獄，但是怖人，明無實報，且說突吉，餘者類爾。

In the fourth section, it raises the Buddha's past teaching on the duṣkṛta offense, that one falls into hell for eight million years of the Trāyastriṃśa Heaven, [claiming that] it was only to frighten people, clarifying that there is no real retribution; it speaks of duṣkṛtas for the time being, and the rest are analogous.
