第五段中明五篇諸罪律師妄作，假稱佛制，「如是言」下結邪異正。正中有三：一明有罪報，翻前第一；二「我於經中亦說有」下明一切罪皆是佛制，翻上第五；三「若不持戒云何見」下明罪障脫，翻前第三；餘之二段略而不翻。

In the fifth section, it clarifies that the various offenses of the five classes were falsely fabricated by vinaya masters, who falsely claimed they were the Buddha's regulations; from "Such words" and below concludes that the heterodox differs from the correct. In the correct, there are three [points]: first, clarifying that there is retribution for offenses, reversing the first above; second, from "In the sūtras I also spoke of having" and below clarifies that all offenses are established by the Buddha, reversing the fifth above; third, from "If one does not uphold the precepts, how can one see" and below clarifies that offenses obstruct liberation, reversing the third above; the remaining two sections are omitted and not reversed.
