第三句中，重為顯示《大涅槃經》能有顯了，說之為「鏡」，佛以此經顯照物心名為「照面」，心中之性修顯在經名「鏡中現」。

In the third clause, showing it again means that the *Mahāparinirvāṇa Sūtra* is able to make it manifest, which is spoken of as a "mirror"; the Buddha using this sūtra to illuminate and reflect the minds of beings is called "reflecting the face"; the nature within the mind being cultivated and manifested in the sūtra is called "appearing in the mirror."
