就下合中，依上三段次第合之。合初段中，「眾生如是」合前力士，「不近知識」合與力士角力相撲，「雖有不見」合都不知是珠所在，「而為貪」等合沒膚中，「故墮」已下合處有瘡。

In the following application, the correspondence is made sequentially according to the three sections above. In the application of the first section, "sentient beings are likewise" applies to the wrestler above; "not drawing near to spiritual friends" applies to wrestling and grappling with the wrestler; "although it exists, they do not see it" applies to having no idea where the pearl is; "and on account of greed..." and so on applies to sinking into the flesh; "therefore falling..." and down applies to having a wound in that place.
