「因煩惱」下是第四段常共無常。於中先明眾生無常，「精懃」已下明佛共之。前中「因煩所造有為」正明無常，「是故」下結，因諸煩惱所造有為是無常故異於常法，常不同此故異無常。

From "due to afflictions" onward is the fourth section, permanence together with impermanence. Therein, it first explains the impermanence of sentient beings, and from "diligence" onward it explains the Buddha's coexistence with it. In the former, "conditioned [dharmas] produced due to afflictions" directly clarifies impermanence; from "for this reason" onward, it concludes: because conditioned [dharmas] produced due to afflictions are impermanent, they differ from permanent dharmas; permanence is not like this, hence it differs from impermanence.
