三強化乃受，「爾時良醫」重舉此經，「以呪力」者喻經威力，「令王糞門遍生瘡」者令彼未來惡報相現，未來苦報是彼罪人後分之果，是故說為糞門瘡皰，夢中覩見故名為生。餓鬼、畜生、種種苦難夢中皆現名為「兼下虫血雜出」，覩之生畏名「王見已生大怖懼」，「讚彼」已下荷恩讚嘆。

Third, forceful transformation leading to acceptance: "at that time the skilled physician" reiterates this sūtra; "by the power of incantations" is a simile for the mighty power of the sūtra; "causing sores to appear all over the king's anus" means causing the signs of his future evil retribution to appear; the future bitter retribution is the subsequent fruit of that sinner, which is therefore described as sores and boils on the anus, called "appearing" because they are seen in a dream. The various hardships of hungry ghosts and animals all appearing in the dream is called "along with discharging worms and blood mixed together"; being frightened upon seeing it is called "having seen it, the king gave rise to great terror"; from "praising him" below, he is grateful for the kindness and offers praise.
