前中初半開曉眾心，中間一偈舉己所得常樂涅槃，後半許說。
In the former [part], the first half-verse awakens and illuminates the minds of the assembly; the middle one verse raises the eternal and blissful nirvāṇa attained by himself; the latter half promises to explain it.
