二釋答前難，若諸眾生因食得病，即令如來同之有病，汝得病苦，我亦應得；汝得病苦而我不得，世間眾生因食得病，云何令我同之畏病？

Second, he explains and answers the previous objection: if all sentient beings contract sickness because of food, and that would cause the Tathāgata likewise to have sickness—if you contract the suffering of illness, I too should contract it; but while you contract the suffering of illness, I do not contract it. Since worldly sentient beings contract sickness because of food, how could that cause me likewise to fear sickness?
