初中有三：一明如來無其病果、二「有四毒」下舉無病因成前無果、三「今日」下結呵病言。初段可知。

The first section has three parts: first, clarifying that the Tathāgata does not have the fruit of sickness; second, from "There are four poisons" onward, adducing the absence of the causes of sickness to substantiate the preceding absence of the fruit; third, from "Today" onward, concluding with a rebuke against the words declaring sickness. The first section can be understood.
