第二段中，先舉病因，「貪」等列名十使，皆是以此四種緣事而生現，能發業招集病果，故偏舉之。次明生果，後明佛無。

In the second section, it first adduces the causes of sickness: "greed" and so forth lists the names of the ten afflictions, all of which arise in the present based on these four kinds of conditioned circumstances and are able to generate karma and summon the fruit of sickness; therefore, they are specifically adduced. Next, it clarifies the production of the fruit, and finally clarifies that the Buddha is free of them.
