第四明修無病願中有十一句，初施醫藥施與眾生求一切智，二為除眾生三障重病，先列三名，次辯其相。辯煩惱中，依如《毘曇》，唯有十使、十纏、六垢，依《成實論》煩惱無量，此同《成實》，依此說煩惱故。

In the fourth [section], explaining the vows cultivating freedom from illness, there are eleven clauses. The first is to donate medicine to give to sentient beings and seek all-knowledge; the second is to eliminate the severe illnesses of sentient beings' three obstacles: first listing the three names, and next analyzing their characteristics. In analyzing the defilements: according to the Abhidharma, there are only ten entanglements, ten bonds, and six stains; according to the *Tattvasiddhi-śāstra*, defilements are immeasurable. Here it accords with the *Tattvasiddhi-śāstra*, since it speaks of defilements on that basis.
