第三明佛無病相中，先舉世人病患之相，次約責佛，後呵說病。責中四句，前三呵佛不教善人，後一責佛不治惡人。就前三中，初句呵佛不教聲聞學大乘行，二「何緣」下呵佛不教起大乘解，三「何故」下呵佛不教堅菩提願，餘文可知。

In the third section, explaining the characteristics of the Buddha's absence of illness, the text first brings up the characteristics of ordinary worldly people's diseases and ailments; next, in relation to this, it reproves the Buddha; and finally, it scolds the statement that [the Buddha] has an illness. Within the reproof there are four lines: the first three scold the Buddha for not instructing good persons, while the last one reproves the Buddha for not curing evil persons. Within the first three lines: the first line scolds the Buddha for not instructing śrāvakas to train in Mahāyāna practice; the second, from "For what reason" down, scolds the Buddha for not instructing them to arouse Mahāyāna understanding; the third, from "Why" down, scolds the Buddha for not instructing them to solidify their bodhi vows; the remaining text is intelligible.
