In the first passage, it first explains that ordinary worldly people are afflicted with illness and lack strength; from "The four great elements of the Tathāgata are fully harmonious" down, it reveals that the Buddha is different. Within this there are three [parts]: first, it explains that the Tathāgata is completely harmonious and comfortable, fully endowed with bodily strength; second, from "Just as ten small oxen" down, it reveals his superiority by comparative measurement, explaining the completeness of the Buddha's strength; third, from "The joints in the bodies of all ordinary beings" down, it analyzes how the characteristics of their bodies produce unequal strengths.
