In explaining that the Tathāgata is fully endowed with the power of virtue, the text has two distinct parts: first, it briefly explains that the Tathāgata sat on the vajra seat and attained the ten powers; from "One should not, like that foolish and ignorant infant child" down, it extensively reveals that he should not [be thus]. Within this, it first explains that a small child is foolish, lacking wisdom and ability, lying on his side as he pleases, with no one reproaching him; below, it explains that the Tathāgata's virtue of wisdom is extraordinary and superior, and should not be equated with that. There are five distinct lines: first, it explains that the Tathāgata has wisdom distinct from ordinary beings; second, from "Dragon among humans" down, he has supernormal faculties distinct from ordinary beings; third, from "Unsurpassed ṛṣi" down, it explains that he is free from delusions, distinct from ordinary beings, having severed the net of doubt forever without the delusions of seeing the truth, and having already pulled out the poisoned arrow, removing the delusions of cultivating the path; fourth, from "Comportment" down, his deportment is distinct from ordinary beings; fifth, from "Fully endowed" down, it explains that his fearlessness is distinct from ordinary beings.
