4.77

上來廣明佛性難見，「若有凡」下明諸凡夫依經善說得名為見。於中，初明能善說者言順佛法，後明說者人是菩薩。

Above, it broadly explained that the buddha-nature is difficult to see; from "If there are ordinary people..." downward, it explains that when ordinary people explain it well relying on the sūtras, this is called 'seeing' it. Therein, it first explains that those who are able to explain it well utter words that accord with the Buddhadharma, and later explains that the persons who explain it are bodhisattvas.
