明苦諦中，句別有八，陰入界三，就五陰中別分有五，故有八句。餘三諦中各有一句，文皆可知。
In clarifying the truth of suffering, there are eight distinct phrases: aggregates, sense bases, and elements make three; within the five aggregates, they are distinctly divided into five; hence there are eight phrases. Within the other three truths there is one phrase each; the texts can all be known.
