破初二中，文別有四：一明諸行從緣生故悉是無常；二「佛性」下舉常顯之；三「以是義」下結前第一；四「是諸外道不見性」下對前二，明諸外道不得常法，所可言說悉皆非常。

Within the refutation of the first two, the text specifically has four sections: first, clarifying that because all conditioned formations arise from conditions, they are entirely impermanent; second, from 'buddha-nature' below, adducing the permanent to reveal it; third, from 'For this reason' below, concluding the preceding first [point]; fourth, from 'These non-Buddhists do not see the nature' below, in contrast to the previous two, clarifying that the non-Buddhists do not attain the permanent dharma, and whatever they say is entirely impermanent.
