就前五中：初以一識不能獨緣一切諸法破遣心常、二以因緣可破壞義破遣心常、三以對治行門各異破遣心常、四以眾生心性各別破遣心常、五以多分別破遣心常。

Within the first five: first, refuting and eliminating the permanence of mind by the fact that one consciousness cannot exclusively take support on all dharmas; second, refuting and eliminating the permanence of mind by the meaning of destructibility through causes and conditions; third, refuting and eliminating the permanence of mind by the distinctness of the gates of antidotal practice; fourth, refuting and eliminating the permanence of mind by the individual distinctness of sentient beings' mental natures; fifth, refuting and eliminating the permanence of mind by manifold discriminations.
