自下第三總以結呵，「是故汝今不應讚嘆如來方更轉法輪」者，文殊前言轉無上輪名為讚嘆，諸佛世尊今昔所說悉是法輪，滅惡生善，益眾生故，不應偏嘆今為無上；今昔所說迢然別故，不應言佛更轉法輪。

From here below, the third [part] concludes with a general scolding: as for 'Therefore you should not now praise the Tathāgata as only now turning the wheel of the Dharma anew,' Mañjuśrī's previous statement that he turned the unsurpassable wheel was called praise; but all that the Buddhas, the World-Honoured Ones, preach, past and present, is the wheel of the Dharma, because it eliminates evil and produces good, benefiting sentient beings, so one should not exclusively praise the present [teaching] as unsurpassable; and because what was preached in the past and what is preached now are distinctly different, one should not say that the Buddha turns the wheel of the Dharma anew.
