前中初先正明梵行，二「若我弟子受持讀誦十二部經與方等經無差別」下別經令學。

In the first [part], pure practice is first directly explained; second, from "If my disciples uphold, read, and recite the twelve divisions of scriptures with no difference from the vaipulya scriptures" onward, it singles out the scriptures and enjoins studying them.
