第二段中，諸佛菩薩親益其人名為「眷屬」，為令其人破離慳病，安住善法，名「欲安隱為除毒」矣。訪求施法名為「命醫」，教依施法，發遣乞者名為「拔箭」。

In the second section, the buddhas and bodhisattvas who intimately benefit that person are called the 'relatives'; their wishing to make that person destroy and leave behind the disease of stinginess, and abide securely in wholesome dharmas, is called 'desiring that he be at peace and eliminating the poison'. Seeking out the method of giving is called 'calling for a physician'; teaching him to rely on the method of giving and dismiss the beggar is called 'extracting the arrow'.
