In the third parable of loathing both birth and death, "If there are such good and bad matters" takes up both birth and death together, birth being good and death being bad; "I have use for neither" is loathing both birth and death; "Each go as you please" is dispatching both birth and death; "At that time the two women together led each other back to their dwelling place" is departing from both birth and death; renouncing the noble and going to the ordinary is called returning to their dwelling place.
