前中八句，初之兩句以彼全無共非法無相對分別；次有五句，以彼全無共少法無相對分別；末後一句以彼全無共隱覆無相對分別，雖舉多義為取少無。此初段竟。

In the earlier part, among the eight phrases, the first two phrases distinguish total non-existence in contrast to the non-existence of non-identity; next there are five phrases distinguishing total non-existence in contrast to the non-existence of a few dharmas; the final phrase distinguishes total non-existence in contrast to the non-existence of concealment. Although he cites many meanings, it is in order to take up the non-existence of paucity. This concludes the first part.
