第二段中，句別有三：一引佛昔言明智與愚並皆有二，舉此合王捨愚同智；二「雖先」下明其智者懺能滅罪，於中初法，次喻，後合；三「王若」下勸王懺悔。

In the second section, the lines are divided into three: first, citing the Buddha's past words to explain that both the wise and the foolish have two types, and presenting this to align with the king abandoning foolishness to join the wise; second, from "Although previously" onward, explaining that for a wise person, repentance can extinguish sin, wherein there is first the principle, next an analogy, and then the application; third, from "If the king" onward, urging the king to repent.
