第四段中，文別有四：一引佛昔言，明覆者漏、不覆無漏；二「發露」下偏釋不覆無漏之義；三「若覆」下明覆罪增、不覆罪滅；四「是故」下結，明智者不覆藏罪，令王周之。初段可知。

In the fourth section, the text is divided into four: first, citing the Buddha's past words to explain that concealing [sin] has outflows, while not concealing it is outflow-free; second, from "open confession" onward, specifically explaining the meaning of not concealing being outflow-free; third, from "if concealed" onward, explaining that concealing increases sin, while not concealing extinguishes sin; fourth, from "therefore" onward, the conclusion, explaining that a wise person does not conceal sin, so as to have the king comply with this. The first section can be understood.
