第二段中，初總明其發露懺悔故得無漏，「若作」已下別明發露故得無漏，「若悔」已下別明懺悔故得無漏，初先法說，次喻，後合。後二可解。

In the second section, first it generally explains that through open confession and repentance one attains the outflow-free; from "if committed" onward, it specifically explains that through open confession one attains the outflow-free; from "if repented" onward, it specifically explains that through repentance one attains the outflow-free—first stating the principle, next an analogy, and then the application. The latter two can be understood.
