第三門中，先舉三疑，次列，後斷。聞經斷疑，三乘之相；思義斷疑，三乘之性。
Within the third gate, it first brings forth the three doubts, next lists them, and then severs them: hearing the sūtra severs doubts regarding the marks of the three vehicles; reflecting on the meaning severs doubts regarding the nature of the three vehicles.
