下廣解中，解之不盡而復不次。於前門中，非有、非無、非名、非說，及非如來四門不釋，故言不盡。十九門中，第十二門非漏、無漏迴之在後，故云不次。

Among the previous headings, four headings—neither existent, nor nonexistent, neither name, nor speech, and not Tathāgata—are not explained; hence it is said to be not exhaustive. Among the nineteen headings, the twelfth heading, neither with-outflows nor without-outflows, is placed back at the end; hence it is said to be not in sequence.
