7.211

「涅槃無我，大自在故，名為大我」，第二段也。宣說有我，懼同情取，故說無我。雖無神主而有自在，故名為我。

"Nirvāṇa is without self, yet because of great sovereignty, it is called the great self" is the second section. If one expounds that there is a self, fearing that people will grasp at it according to emotional attachments, it is therefore said to be without self. Although there is no spiritual master, there is sovereignty, so it is called self.
