第四段中，初明菩薩能以一音令三千界眾生悉聞，次明菩薩心不自念，後明菩薩口不自說，於中初先正明不說，「若言」已下舉過彰離，先舉其過，後彰離也。「以是」下結。

In the fourth passage, it first clarifies that the bodhisattva can, with a single voice, cause sentient beings of the trichiliocosm to all hear; next clarifies that the bodhisattva's mind does not conceive of it itself; finally clarifies that the bodhisattva's mouth does not speak of it itself. Within this, it first properly clarifies not speaking; from "If one says..." onward adduces faults to display detachment, first adducing the faults and then displaying detachment. From "For this reason..." onward concludes it.
