第三段中，初明菩薩能化大身入一塵中，「菩薩化身如三千界」是其一能、「以此大身入一塵身」是其二能、「其身爾時亦不隨小」是其三能。次舉小顯大，「聲聞、緣覺雖復化身如三千界」同向初能，「不能以此入微塵身」翻前第二，「於此事中尚不能」下翻前第三，「是名」下結。

In the third passage, it first clarifies that the bodhisattva can transform a great body to enter into a single atom: "The bodhisattva transforms a body like the trichiliocosm" is the first ability; "using this great body to enter the body of a single atom" is the second ability; "at that time the body also does not shrink along with it" is the third ability. Next, it adduces the small to reveal the great: "Although śrāvakas and pratyekabuddhas also transform a body like the trichiliocosm" matches the first ability; "they cannot use this to enter the body of an atom" overturns the second above; from "in this matter they are not even able..." onward overturns the third above. From "This is called..." onward concludes it.
