第三教中，先別、後結。別中有其二十一句，相從為三：初有八句教離凡心、次七教捨二乘之心、後六教修菩薩之心。

In the third, the instruction: first [he teaches] individually, and afterward he concludes. Within the individual teachings there are twenty-one clauses, grouped into three: first, there are eight clauses teaching one to abandon the mind of an ordinary person; next, seven teaching one to relinquish the mind of the two vehicles; and finally, six teaching one to cultivate the mind of a bodhisattva.
