第四句中，「若無果者」舉他無義，「人不取」等對之以破，翻前可知，所以至此合為第三，顯成向前第一段中執因有果。

In the fourth clause: "If it lacked the fruit" cites the opponent's view of nonexistence; "people would not take" and so forth contrasts with it to refute it, which can be understood by reversing the preceding. The reason this is combined up to here as the third is to reveal and establish the grasp in the first section above that the cause has the fruit.
