9.200

第三謗無因果之中有三復次：一現見世人行善有苦、造惡得樂，明無果報。二謬引聖說，有人修善墮墜三塗、有人行惡上生人天，明無果報。三舉聖人所說不定，證無果報。

In the third, slandering that there are no cause and fruit, there are three points: First, one currently sees people of the world who practice good encountering suffering, and those who commit evil obtaining pleasure; this clarifies that there is no karmic retribution. Second, mistakenly citing noble teachings, [claiming that] some people cultivate good yet fall into the three wretched realms, while some people commit evil yet ascend to be born among humans or devas; this clarifies that there is no karmic retribution. Third, citing that what noble persons have stated is not fixed, proving that there is no karmic retribution.
