Next is to extensively elaborate on the inconceivability of the Buddha's realm above. 'Realm' refers to nirvāṇa: manifesting extinction in accord with transformation, its real virtues eternally abide; although its real virtues eternally abide, it is wondrously quiescent and free of marks, and hence is called inconceivable. These virtues are difficult to display; now, by resorting to entering through transformed extinction, they are revealed, desiring to cause sentient beings to emulate the Buddha in relinquishing marks and entering into it. In this there are four [parts]: first, relying on the place of extinction to reveal true nirvāṇa; second, relying on the time of extinction to reveal true nirvāṇa; third, relying on the adorned forest to reveal true nirvāṇa; fourth, relying on the extinct body to reveal the realization and entry.
