第五、仙師翻不生。梁武用對煩惱不名涅槃，煩惱不生乃名涅槃也。

Fifth, Master Xian translated it as “non-arising” (busheng). Emperor Wu of Liang used it in opposition to afflictions not being called nirvāṇa; only when afflictions do not arise is it called nirvāṇa.
