When it comes to the lower text clarifying permanence and impermanence in order to manifest neither permanence nor impermanence, and that permanence, impermanence, impermanence, and permanence are fully complete, this is "revealing the esoteric." Being thus fully complete in ordinary person, noble one, permanence, impermanence, revealing impermanence and permanence, permanence and impermanence, impermanence and permanence, is "revealing the esoteric." Such revealing and concealing of ordinary and noble, permanence and impermanence, are all the skillful means of great nirvāṇa. If their function were real, clarifying that the ordinary conceals the noble, the noble reveals the ordinary, and the revealing and concealing of permanence and impermanence would not be considered extraordinary, nor would it be a subtle function; it is simply because in ultimate reality they do not exist. In this way, having ordinary person, noble one, permanence, and impermanence, and yet being able within them to act as ordinary person and as noble one, being able to be permanent and impermanent, and engaging in revealing and concealing and such matters—this is precisely the inconceivable, subtle function of skillful means.
