二邊無常者，此二恒俱，豈得除無常明常？但二邊有前後，尤有高下，充竝充等義。

As for the impermanence of the two extremes: these two are always concomitant; how could one eliminate impermanence to clarify permanence? However, between the two extremes there are before and after, there are hierarchies, and there are meanings of being co-extensive and equal.
