曼殊室利！彼世尊藥師瑠璃光如來本行菩薩道時，發十二大願，令諸有情所求皆得。
Mañjuśrī, when that World-Honoured One, Bhaiṣajyaguru-vaiḍūryaprabha Tathāgata, formerly practiced the bodhisattva path, he made twelve great vows so that all sentient beings may attain whatever they seek.
