述曰：此下第三聞名喜行分。言應如是持者，答第二問。應如三名所詮之法而受持故。

The commentary says: Below this is the third part, on hearing the name, rejoicing, and practicing. The statement 'you should uphold it in this way' answers the second question, because one should accept and uphold it according to the phenomena expressed by the three names.
