贊曰：第三、未來值佛也。上來三類明九品生，並內眾中親得見佛速聞法也。若生外眾，雖第九品，任運後時還成不退。佛號慈尊，善自長故。

The Commentary says: Third is meeting Buddhas in future ages. The three categories explained above describe the nine grades of rebirth, all of which personally see the Buddha and swiftly hear the Dharma among the inner assembly. If born into the outer assembly, even in the ninth grade, they will naturally attain non-retrogression at a later time. The Buddha is called the Compassionate Honoured One because wholesomeness naturally flourishes.
