贊曰：勸生彼中自下第二大段眾發希願。有二：初眾發希願、後佛記生。願中有二：一明威儀、二明發願。此初也。從坐起者，表生於彼，從生死起。禮二足者，捨煩惱故。繞佛菩薩百千匝者，顯百千生常不離故。

The commentary says: Within the exhortation to be born there, the second major section below is the assembly making the aspiration. There are two parts: first, the assembly making the aspiration; second, the Buddha prophesying their rebirth. Within the vow there are two parts: first, clarifying the deportment; second, clarifying the making of the vow. This is the first. Arising from their seats represents being born there, rising up from birth and death. Bowing at the two sets of feet is because of abandoning afflictions. Circumambulating the Buddha and the Bodhisattva a hundred thousand times shows that across a hundred thousand lives they will never be parted from them.
