2.77

贊曰：自下第三大段明五大神於外內宮種種嚴飾。於中有二：初標、後顯。此標也。由菩薩等內修五蘊妙用莫方，外感五神威力無比。五蘊者，一戒蘊；二定蘊；三慧蘊，緣有為慧；四解脫蘊，勝解數也；五解脫知見蘊，緣無為慧。

The commentary says: The third major section below explains the five great deities' various adornments of the outer and inner palaces. Here there are two parts: first, the heading; second, the exposition. This is the heading. Because bodhisattvas and others inwardly cultivate the five aggregates whose wondrous functions are incomparable, they outwardly evoke five deities of peerless power and majesty. The five aggregates are: 1. the aggregate of morality; 2. the aggregate of concentration; 3. the aggregate of wisdom, which is wisdom oriented toward the conditioned; 4. the aggregate of liberation, which is the mental factor of resolve; 5. the aggregate of the knowledge and vision of liberation, which is wisdom oriented toward the unconditioned.
