贊曰：內嚴解脫蘊，外感大神名曰喜樂。離邪解憂苦，得勝解喜樂。心既決定，修行能成，故雨如意珠也。心常決定住於真如，外感神珠住在幢幡之上。既說三歸，又說五戒及諸善法。饒益者利樂義，勸者讚勉義，助者資益濟苦義。音謂音聲，者謂行者。此意總顯神珠演說三歸五戒，利樂勸勉發求大菩提聲之行者。

The commentary says: Inwardly adorning the aggregate of liberation, one outwardly evokes the great deity named Prāmodya. Leaving behind the grief and suffering of erroneous understanding, one attains the joyful delight of superior resolve. Since the mind is resolute, cultivation can be perfected, and hence he rains down cintāmaṇi jewels. With the mind constantly resolute and abiding in tathatā, one outwardly evokes the divine jewels resting atop banners and pennants. They expound the three refuges, and also speak of the five precepts and various wholesome dharmas. 'Benefiting' means the sense of advantageous joy; 'exhorting' means the sense of praising and encouraging; 'assisting' means the sense of aiding and saving from suffering. 'Sound' refers to vocal sounds; 'those of' refers to practitioners. The overall meaning shows that the divine jewels expound the three refuges and five precepts, bringing benefit, joy, and encouragement to practitioners who utter the sound of seeking great bodhi.
