問：四佛已過，云何得言今於此有千菩薩？答：今通賢劫始終成佛，故不違也。

Question: Four Buddhas have already passed; how can it be said that 'now here there are a thousand bodhisattvas'? Answer: Here, it covers the attainment of Buddhahood throughout the entirety of the Bhadrakalpa from beginning to end, so there is no contradiction.
