什曰：秦言妙德也。數從小至大，故二人在後。復次二人在此方為大、餘方為小，亦應在後也。妙德以法身遊方，莫知其所生。又來補佛處，故言法王子也。

[Kumāra]jīva says: In Qin, it means 'Wondrous Virtue' (Miaode). The enumeration goes from lesser to greater, which is why these two people are at the end. Furthermore, these two people are great in this world, yet lesser in other realms, so they should also be at the end. Miaode travels through the regions in his dharmakāya, and none know his birth. Moreover, he comes to succeed to the buddha's position; hence he is called 'Crown Prince of the Dharma'.
