肇曰；所奉至微、所見至廣，此是如來哀愍之所現也。十力，是如來之別稱耳，十力備故即以為名。自十號之外，諸有異稱類耳。

[Seng]zhao says: What was offered was extremely small; what was seen was extremely vast. This is what the Tathāgata manifested through compassionate pity. 'Ten-Powered One' is simply another title for the Tathāgata; because he is complete in the ten powers, he is named after them. Apart from the ten epithets, all other varied titles are of this kind.
