肇曰：無著之道，於法無受無染。漏盡，九十八結漏既盡，故意得解脫，成阿羅漢也。
[Seng]zhao says: In the path of non-attachment, toward dharmas there is neither grasping nor clinging. 'Outflows ended' means that since the outflows of the ninety-eight fetters were ended, their minds thus attained liberation and they became arhats.
