八千比丘不受諸法漏盡意解　肇曰。無著之道於法無受無染漏盡　九十八結漏既盡故意得解脫成羅漢也。

"Eight thousand monks did not grasp at phenomena; their outflows being ended, their minds were liberated." Sengzhao says: "As for the way of non-attachment, toward phenomena there is neither grasping nor defilement, and outflows are ended." Because the outflows of the ninety-eight fetters were ended, their minds attained liberation and they became arhats.
